This policy covers the Discord bot and this website, which together manage access to our Discord server.

Roblox account verification

If you choose to verify, we use Roblox's official OAuth 2.0 with the openid and profile scopes. That gives us your Roblox user ID and username, and nothing else. We store those two values against your Discord user ID so the server knows which Roblox account is yours. You can ask us to disconnect them at any time.

Everything we collect

• Discord — your user ID and the server ID, used to manage your access.
• Roblox — your user ID and username, as described above, only if you verify.
• Orders — the item, price, method, timestamps, and status of any order you place.
• Payments — for cryptocurrency, the deposit address generated for you and the transaction ID. For gift card and prepaid voucher payments, the code you submit, stored encrypted and deleted once it has been accepted or rejected.

What we never receive

• Your Roblox or Discord password.
• Your Robux balance, inventory, friends, messages, or the ability to act on your Roblox account.
• Card numbers or bank details — we do not take card payments.

Why we hold it

To manage your access to our Discord server, including granting and later removing time-limited access, and to keep an accurate record of orders. Verification exists so that we can be certain a Roblox account belongs to the Discord user claiming it — without proof of ownership, anyone could type someone else's username.

Who else sees it

• Discord — necessarily, to deliver messages and roles.
• Roblox — during sign-in. We also read our own account's records, which is data Roblox already holds about our account.
• Public blockchain services — for crypto payments we ask public block explorers and RPC nodes whether an address has been paid. Note that blockchain transactions are public and permanent by design, and this is outside anyone's control.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

• Order records are kept as our record of the transaction.
• Voucher and gift card codes are deleted as soon as an order is decided.
• Sign-in state expires after 15 minutes.
• You can disconnect your Roblox account or ask us to delete your data at any time — contact the support channel in our Discord server.

Security

Codes are encrypted at rest. Access to the database and to staff review controls is limited to server staff.

Children

You must meet Discord's minimum age for your country to use Discord, and therefore this service.
